How we handle this

We have a formal process to deal with any concerns related to the handling of your personal information. Please email admin@slife.com.au, or call our toll-free number 1300 754 333, and we will investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or for matters relating to financial advice, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
